Hello there, I'm Justin 👋

Rising sophomore at Yale, studying Environmental Studies and Political Science. Originally from Minnesota, by way of Houston. Fascinated by national parks and the success of urban invaders.

Right now that means coursework in ecology and evolutionary biology and environmental policy, plus a research seat in the Peabody Museum's bird collections, alongside ongoing work on Red-vented Bulbul range expansion in Houston.

Also enjoy photography, backpacking, spirited political debate, and thinking about where science and policy collide. Cornell Lab YBE '24 alum.
